How to use

a. Put the aluminum cover on the bottle, place it into the platform, lift the hand shank until it is tightly, then loose to return. 
b. If feel not tigt or smooth, adjust the head, rotate it clockwise is loose,  rotate it anticlockwise is tight.
c. Change the head, it can be used as decapper.
